This Operations Training Manager position will manage and implement the design of training and development programs for Operations Direct Labor poulation and provide consultative assistance to Production Managers and Supervisors on ways to enhance organization performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and supervisors to assess organizational training needs.
  
• Lead development and execution of an Operations training strategy for Direct Labor, including assessment of the training model and structure.
  
• Lead the design and implementation of critical training and development programs and processes.
  
• Ensure measurement and continuous improvement of training and development initiatives.
  
• Responsible for systems to ensure compliance of direct labor to training SOP’s and governed regulations, including participating in Management Review and audit representation.
  
• Identifies and provides training solutions that deliver more effective (in quality and in time needed) training to the Production teams.
  
• Build and motivate a staff that can effectively deploy the training strategy across the Operations organization.
  
• Work with Ops training and development counterparts from across the company to influence corporate training decisions and leverage best practices and programs.
  
  Qualifications:
  Bachelor Degree in Adult Learning, Training, Businses Mgmt or other related field required. Minimum of 3 years experience with training in a production environment. Supervisor or manager experience (min 3 years).
  Must be able to buid commitment for development and implementaion of effective learning and development strategies, processes and programs
  Must be able to work effectively with internal training resources to inspire and lead others
  Must be able to deliver and conduct effective training programs
